Nurse Manager Position at Sea Mar Community Health Centers

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is a leading provider of healthcare services in Washington State, and we are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Medical Clinic in Puyallup, WA, and will work closely with our Health Center Administrator and Clinical Director to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
As a Nurse Manager at Sea Mar, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients and communities, and will be part of a dynamic and growing organization that is committed to excellence in healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and evaluate a team of Medical Assistants, including MA supervisors
- Implement nursing policies and procedures in collaboration with the Medical Director and Health Center Administrator
- Perform monthly audits and demonstrate knowledge of State and Federal Regulations
- Focus clinic efforts on quality measures, HEDIS, and Meaningful Use standards
- Provide annual MA trainings and lead hiring efforts for MAs and other support staff
Requirements:
- Must be a Registered Nurse, B.S.N., LPN or equivalent and licensed to practice nursing in the State of Washington
- Two-Three years of experience in nursing supervision and organizational and budget management
- Excellent communication, listening, and team building abilities
