Position Overview: Assistant Sales Manager

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who enjoy engaging with customers and addressing their needs. This full-time position is ideal for those who are passionate about helping others and are looking for a long-term opportunity.

The Assistant Sales Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sales while adhering to company policies. Under the guidance of the Store Manager and Owners, this position involves resolving customer inquiries and enhancing the overall shopping experience.

In this role, you will assist the Store Manager in developing and motivating the sales team through effective communication and leadership. Key responsibilities include:
  • Engaging with customers on the sales floor and providing personalized assistance.
  • Implementing promotional strategies in collaboration with sales associates.
  • Fostering a positive shopping environment through team collaboration and store presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure a positive shopping experience for customers through effective team interaction.
  • Act as an ambassador for company values, communicating effectively with customers and team members.
  • Achieve high levels of direct sales performance as an individual contributor.
  • Stay informed about new products and market trends.
  • Coordinate store merchandising efforts.
  • Participate in leadership meetings to contribute to store success.

Qualifications

We operate in a fast-paced environment, and candidates must be adept at multitasking. A friendly and helpful demeanor is essential. Key qualifications include:
  • Minimum of 2 years of retail sales experience.
  • A genuine passion for customer service and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with diverse clientele.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships while learning new skills.
  • Physical capability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Employment begins with a probationary period to assess commitment to customer service and product knowledge.
