Responsabilidades:

  • Actuar como el punto de contacto principal para los pacientes que buscan tratamiento en nuestra instalación.
  • Programar citas y gestionar el calendario de citas.
  • Recibir a los pacientes y proporcionarles la documentación e información necesaria.
  • Atender llamadas telefónicas y responder a consultas de pacientes y otros interesados.
  • Asistir con la verificación de seguros y procesos de facturación.
  • Coordinar planes de tratamiento con el equipo clínico y asegurar un seguimiento oportuno.
  • Mantener registros precisos de los pacientes y actualizar la información según sea necesario.
  • Proporcionar un servicio al cliente excepcional y abordar las preocupaciones o problemas de los pacientes.

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia previa en un rol similar en un entorno dental.
  • Conocimiento de la terminología dental, procedimientos y procesos de seguros es una ventaja.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, tanto verbales como escritas.
  • Fuertes habilidades organizativas y atención al detalle.
  • Dominio en el uso de sistemas de gestión de registros o software similar para programación y mantenimiento de registros.
  • Capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas y priorizar efectivamente en un entorno dinámico.
  • Actitud amigable y profesional al interactuar con pacientes y colegas.
