Requirements

Working Conditions

This role requires a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with periodic high disruption and changing priorities. The ability to perform approximately 80% sedentary work and lift up to 20 pounds occasionally is required.

Compensation and Benefits

This role is compensated under a commission schedule, with base compensation ranging from $50,000 to $120,000. Additional performance-based incentive compensation may be available. INSURICA offers a competitive total awards package, including health and welfare benefits, paid time off, and employee assistance plans.
