Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team at Commonwealth Home Health, a part of LHC Group. As an Office Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our Clinical Leadership team and Office Manager, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and computer systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine clerical tasks, including filing, shredding, and data entry
  • Process workflow tasks as assigned by the Clinical Leadership team and Office Manager
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry software
  • Clerical-business machine skills, including typing and filing
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
