Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all stages of surveying projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Create detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to fulfill project specifications.
  • Track project progress and make necessary adjustments to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulations, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and deliver project status updates to stakeholders.
  • Address and resolve any challenges or conflicts that may arise during the project.
  • Guide and mentor junior team members to foster their professional development.
  • Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and productivity across all projects.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.
  • Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license is preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, and equipment.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and team members.
