Media Investment Strategist

The Manager, Media Investment and Optimization will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing media investment strategies that drive impactful campaigns and optimize marketing resources.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and align agency media plans with Enterprise objectives to ensure effective utilization of resources.
- Lead media day-to-day operations and drive continuous improvement.
- Leverage insights to create strategies that improve targeting and overall performance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of media campaigns.
- Oversee marketing investment budgets and develop allocation across channels.
- Partner with Analytics to measure and improve Return on Advertising Spend and Marketing Contribution to the business.
- Monitor campaign performance in real-time and develop and fine-tune dashboarding and reporting for continuous improvement.
- 5+ years of experience in media, agency, and/or in-house, and business.
- Proficiency in media planning tools and analytics platforms.
- Experience with dashboarding tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Domo.
- Strategic thinker and problem-solver with strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Meticulous and highly organized with strong project management capabilities.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
- Proactive with a self-starter mentality, strong collaborator, and collaborative nature.
- Agility to adapt with shifting priorities and comfortable with ambiguity.
Experience with large data warehousing environments (e.g., Teradata, Oracle).
