PT Imaging Associate

The Millennium Group is seeking a highly motivated Imaging Associate to support client operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing general imaging and administrative tasks, including scanning paper documents and preparing mail for processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Opening and sorting mail items
- Identifying and processing priority mail
- Preparing mail items for scanning
- Scanning documents into the workflow
- Processing new requests received into the company
- Assisting in other areas of the process as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer-focused and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- General computer knowledge and data entry skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs or greater
- 1-2 years prior office services experience
- Ability to carry out assigned tasks and projects to completion
- Ability to identify and solve routine problems
- Ability to work individually or in a team environment
