Job Responsibilities
  • Audit employee expense reports for accuracy and compliance with our T&E policy.
  • Address inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Investigate and resolve T&E related issues or queries.
  • Analyze data to develop management reports.
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees and other parties.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree or relevant work experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a collections role is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software suite, including Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
