Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Call Control. As a key member of our virtual contact center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our automotive clients and their customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform efficient and elite inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Set appointments, follow up on appointments, and provide information to customers to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Understand and work towards achieving all key performance indicator standards to drive business growth and success.
  • Participate in team meetings, trainings, and one-on-one sessions to stay up-to-date on company direction and goals.
  • Attend regularly scheduled meetings with management, ownership, and other team members to foster collaboration and open communication.

Requirements
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Some automotive knowledge is preferred
  • Ability to sit, work on a computer, and speak consistently for extended periods of time
  • Must own and provide work equipment for work from home

  • Must be located in one of the following states: Georgia, Michigan, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, or West Virginia

Monday through Saturday, 1:00pm-8:00pm EST
