Director of Student Success and Engagement

We are seeking a visionary leader to serve as Vice President for Student Affairs at New Mexico Junior College. This is a twelve-month exempt position, offering a salary range of $145,000 to $155,000 per year. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the college and its students.
Responsibilities and Expectations- Provide strategic vision and leadership to the Student Affairs Division.
- Develop and implement programs and services that foster student success, engagement, and well-being.
- Collaborate with faculty, staff, and community partners to create an inclusive and supportive campus environment.
- Maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders, including students, faculty, and community members.
We seek a seasoned professional with a Master's degree in student development, student personnel, higher education, or a related field. A Doctorate is preferred. At least five years of progressively responsible post-secondary institutional experience, including supervisory experience, is required. Demonstrated effectiveness working with diverse student populations and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion are essential.
