Role Summary

The Client Relations Manager serves as a crucial link between clients and Select Water Solutions. This role is pivotal in nurturing client relationships by comprehensively understanding, executing, and conveying client needs to the management team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients daily to ascertain their requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager and Corporate Account Representative to address client needs and devise implementation strategies.
  • Provide insights on market trends, competition, and project statuses to management while maintaining effective communication channels.
  • Ensure personnel and equipment are aligned with job requirements.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with clients as new projects and needs arise.
  • Complete all necessary reports promptly.
  • Uphold ethical standards in all interactions with clients and company personnel.
  • Keep accurate records of all sales activities, including calls, presentations, and follow-ups.
  • Participate in mandatory training programs.
  • Engage in Environmental, Health, and Safety initiatives as directed by the company.
  • Follow directives and perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
  • Identify potential clients and educate them about our services.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • Preferred Bachelor's degree.
  • 10 years of relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in a customer-facing role with a proven record in relationship management and account growth.
  • Strong facilitation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Experience in coordinating and establishing focused sales strategies.
  • Frequent interaction with key client personnel to understand current and future project expectations.
  • Valid driver's license and eligibility to operate a company vehicle per insurance guidelines.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Adobe, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Compensation Details

Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

  • Standard work hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, unless operational needs dictate otherwise.
  • Travel is required approximately 50% of the time, with extended periods of sitting.
  • Exposure to noise levels necessitating hearing protection.
  • High concentration is required in a dynamic work environment.
  • Ability to lift a maximum of 25 lbs.
