Manufacturing Operations Specialist

Job Summary
A Manufacturing Technician will be responsible for performing various functions associated with manufacturing operations, including working with engineers to set up and calibrate equipment, as well as performing rework and quality testing related to the production of parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform functions associated with all manufacturing operations, including working with engineers in set-up and calibration tasks.
- Conduct on-line adjustments to products, instruments, or equipment using sophisticated programs.
- Determine and assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process.
- Work with engineers in conducting experiments and electronic manufacturing & assembly troubleshooting.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/ Associates Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.
