The Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from conceptual stages to closeout.

You will work closely with our project team and preconstruction services to develop project plans, coordinate logistics, and manage subcontractors.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing project charts of accounts and site logistics plans
  • Coordinating with project superintendents and subcontractors
  • Maintaining project schedules and budgets
  • Overseeing submittal, change order, and pay request processes
  • Generating project costs and job cost reports
  • Contributing to quarterly total cost projection reports
  • Monitoring project labor and equipment needs
  • Implementing safety, EEO, and affirmative action programs
  • Participating in quality processes and schedule close-out

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field
  • 6-10 years of experience managing construction projects, ideally design-build
  • Strong project safety record and commitment to quality
  • Previous experience with set-up, budget planning, buyout, and cost reporting
  • Demonstrated knowledge of construction principles, practices, and technology
  • Previous experience leading a successful project management team
  • Creative and results-oriented with a sense of urgency
  • Ability to walk the job site, climb ladders, and multi-floor scaffolding
  • Ability to lift objects at least 50lbs

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary Range: $115,000 - $150,000 +/- annually, based on qualifications, skills, training, and experience
