Job Description

Community Concierge Services LLC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of District Operations Manager. This position will be responsible for managing evening valet trash operations in the greater Dallas area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Workforce Management: Manage a part-time workforce of porters, ensuring that all routes are covered and that quality audit checks are met.
  • Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve any issues related to service or staffing, ensuring that all CCS expectations are met.
  • Route Coverage: Ensure that all routes are covered with porters and fill in routes as needed on assigned properties.
  • Staffing and Training: Work with the Regional Manager to staff new porters and provide training to ensure that all CCS expectations are met.
  • Service Audits: Perform service audits on properties after porters have completed their routes, ensuring that all CCS expectations are met.
  • Community Rollout: Assist in the rollout of new communities, including distributing containers and marketing materials, and staffing communities.
  • Payroll Management: Complete payroll for assigned communities.

This position requires a high level of flexibility and adaptability, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, well-versed in time management, and able to clearly communicate with colleagues and management.

Requirements:
  • Open Bed Pickup Truck: A reliable open bed pickup truck is required for this position.
  • Travel: This position may require out-of-town work and travel as needed.
  • Physical Demands: This position requires the ability to handle physically demanding work for extended periods of time.
