Job Title: Valet

Mercedes-Benz of Plano is seeking a skilled Valet to join our Service Department team. As a Valet, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring the safe and efficient movement of vehicles in and out of our service area.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Park and retrieve vehicles in a safe and efficient manner
  • Perform drive and park assignments as per department policies and procedures
  • Deliver keys and repair orders to the appropriate Service Advisor/holding area
  • Maintain a neat and organized parking lot
  • Provide shuttle services for guests
  • Run errands as required by management/service department
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work as a team
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work in outdoor elements
  • Ability to operate vehicles in a safe manner
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check, motor vehicle check, and drug screen
