Key Responsibilities
  • Software Development: Participate in the development, maintenance, and deployment of CRM solutions, including coding, testing, debugging, and installing.
  • Business Analysis: Gather data and analyze business and user needs in consultation with business managers and end-users.
  • Requirements Gathering: Analyze business application requirements for functional business areas and gather business requirements to develop specifications for software solutions.
  • Database Development: Design and develop database objects and structures for data storage, retrieval, and reporting according to project specifications.
  • Third-Level Support: Provide third-level application support for any help desk tickets that cannot be answered by the Help Desk or Application Analyst staff.
  • Code Development: Write code and debug software applications.
  • Test Planning: Write IT test plans and execute IT & Business created test plans.
  • Prototyping: Develop software prototypes.
  • System Configuration: Implement system configurations and enhancements.
  • Mentorship: Serve as a model and mentor to IT-Co-op developers and other developers that are less experienced.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or better in Software Engineering or related field.
  • Technical Skills: Languages such as C#, ASP.Net, JavaScript, and AJAX. Familiar with data modeling tools and methodologies, and knowledgeable in database system applications and stored procedures.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in an application development position. Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement (Sales, Service, Marketing) experience.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and ability to work independently and as a part of a development team.
