About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Clinic RN to join our team at Providence Clinical Network. As a Clinic RN, you will provide comprehensive nursing care for patients in an ambulatory care environment, utilizing the nursing process to assess, identify, plan, implement, and evaluate all aspects of care and teaching needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, ensuring the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients are met.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and develop effective care plans.
  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, identify, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Maintain compliance with professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited registered nursing school.
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • Must be licensed in states wherever care is delivered upon hire.
  • 18 months professional nursing experience.
