Job Overview

Morris Midwest, a leading distributor of CNC equipment, seeks a skilled Capital Sales Engineer to drive sales of Okuma CNC machinery and provide exceptional customer service across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for selling equipment in your assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their unique manufacturing challenges and offering tailored solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of Morris and the equipment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to better position Morris products.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, engineering, manufacturing, or a related technical field.
  • 3+ years of experience in capital equipment sales, preferably in CNC machinery or industrial automation.
  • Strong technical knowledge of CNC machines, with specific experience in high-end and high-value equipment a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
