Job Overview
The Order Management Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring top-notch Order to Remittance (OTR) processes and execution within order entry and systems. This position emphasizes strong collaboration with ITPS and Sales while overseeing logistics operations, including shipments and exports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a high standard of OTR processes, including order entry, technical and financial order classification, order management, and invoicing.
  • Assist in sourcing and replenishment tasks for fulfilling Purchase to Stock materials.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders (ITPS, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain) to ensure timely and quality order fulfillment.
  • Address inquiries and maintain communication with customers regarding all aspects of Order Management.
  • Oversee credit management and returns processing.
  • Adhere to the established quality system and report any discrepancies.
  • Facilitate production planning and control activities.
  • Coordinate shipments with logistics providers.
  • Manage customer-related formalities.
  • Execute logistics distribution tasks effectively.
Qualifications Required
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution or a minimum of 3 years of experience in operational logistics, import/export, or customs.
  • Ability to thrive in a cross-functional, global team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with familiarity in common formulas and tools.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
