Job Title: BCBA Clinical Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BCBA Clinical Supervisor to join our team. As a BCBA Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing clinical programming for a caseload of clients, supporting and training RBTs, and completing initial and ongoing assessments for clients and potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of clinical programming for a caseload of clients
  • Support, training, and supervision of RBTs assigned
  • Completion of initial and ongoing assessments for clients and potential clients
  • Data analysis and treatment adjustment for clients on caseload
  • Implementation of ongoing caregiver support
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
  • Master's degree in applied behavior analysis or related field
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst
  • Licensure in the state of Michigan as a Behavior Analyst
Preferred Skills:
  • Management of employees and RBTs
  • Strong interpersonal skills
