Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Independent Social Worker Supervisor (LISW-S) to join our team at an outpatient mental health clinic in Massillon, Ohio. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing therapy services to patients of all ages, as well as supervising other social workers, interns, and clinical staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients with various mental health conditions, including anxiety, PTSD, and substance abuse.
  • Supervise and mentor social workers, interns, and clinical staff to ensure high-quality care and services.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and services.

Requirements:

  • Active LISW-S licensure in the State of Ohio.
  • Experience and education in diagnosing and treating behavioral health disorders.
  • Prior supervisory experience in a behavioral health setting.
