Key Responsibilities:

  • Network Monitoring: Vigilantly oversee network performance to ensure seamless operations.
  • Troubleshooting: Promptly identify and resolve network issues to maintain optimal functionality.
  • Security Implementation: Develop and uphold robust security measures to protect against unauthorized access and cyber threats, including configuring firewalls and intrusion detection systems.
  • Hardware Management: Install, configure, and maintain essential network hardware such as routers, switches, and servers.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for all network systems and configurations, ensuring transparency for stakeholders.
  • User Support: Provide technical assistance to end-users for network-related issues, including connectivity problems and device configurations.
  • Backup Solutions: Implement effective backup strategies and disaster recovery plans to safeguard data integrity.
  • Performance Reporting: Generate reports on network performance, security incidents, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Infrastructure Evaluation: Assess current network infrastructure and forecast future requirements based on evolving business needs.
