Clinical Social Worker Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Social Worker Surveyor to join our team at Impact Recruiting Solutions. As a Clinical Social Worker Surveyor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of healthcare facilities nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct surveys and evaluations of healthcare facilities to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Utilize your expertise in social work to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for corrective action.
  • Collaborate with facility staff to develop and implement quality improvement plans.
  • Maintain current licensure to practice as an LCSW and adhere to all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Social Work.
  • Successful completion of CMS's Long-Term Care Basic Training and passing of the Surveyor Minimum Qualifications Test (SMQT).
  • At least two years of recent experience working as a surveyor accrediting or certifying facilities that serve the residents of long-term care facilities.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time on a regular basis.
