Job Summary
As a Facilities Maintenance Associate, you will be responsible for performing routine custodial and general maintenance of the facility. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure a clean and safe environment for patients and staff
- Respond to maintenance requests and perform repairs as needed
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential maintenance issues
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalency certificate from an accredited institution or governmental unit
- Current Massachusetts Driver's License (Class III) preferred
- One year of related experience preferred
