  • Review integrations for Reserve and Sales & Catering platforms, identifying and resolving errors.
  • Collaborate with internal resources and vendors to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
  • Communicate status updates to internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Reservations, Front Office, or Night Audit roles.
  • Proven experience in multiple hotels, locations, or brands.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in Hyatt systems, Reserve, Opera PMS, and Envision.
