We are seeking highly qualified part-time lecturers to teach in our Public Administration curriculum. The Division of Politics, Administration, and Justice at CSU Fullerton invites applications for its Public Administration Part-Time Lecturer Pool.
Responsibilities:- Teach upper-division and graduate-level courses in Public Administration, including public finance and research methods.
- Develop and implement course syllabi, assignments, and reading materials.
- Engage with students, provide feedback, and support their academic success.
- Collaborate with departmental personnel to review syllabi, assignments, and reading materials.
- Master's degree or ABD in a relevant field for 100-300 level courses.
- Terminal degree (Ph.D., D.P.A., J.D.) for 400-level and graduate-level courses.
- Experience teaching at the university level, with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of students and colleagues.
- Experience working with diverse populations and fostering a collaborative, supportive, and inclusive environment.
- Relevant work experience and professional capabilities.
