Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading alarm company in the Asheville, NC area. As a Alarm Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for installing and configuring residential and small business alarm systems, as well as CCTV, mag locks, doorbells, and motion sensors.

The ideal candidate will have a background in low voltage cabling, alarm or camera installation, or residential installation and customer service. You will be provided with paid training on the company's alarm panel and will work independently, completing jobs with minimal supervision.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Installing and configuring alarm systems, including CCTV, mag locks, doorbells, and motion sensors
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring high-quality work
  • Meeting quality score targets to qualify for permanent employment and benefits
