Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Coordinator with a background in home improvement to join our team at Joyce Factory Direct in Asheville, NC.

As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the warehouse, ensuring organization and inventory accuracy. You will also assist with receiving, storing, and distributing materials, products, and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the warehouse, ensuring organization and inventory accuracy.
  • Assist with receiving, storing, and distributing materials, products, and tools.
  • Use your home improvement skills to perform tasks like service work or taking precise measurements for product installations.
  • Ensure materials are prepared and ready for our field teams.
  • Safely load and unload trucks, ensuring timely delivery for installations.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in warehouse operations.
  • Background in home improvement (service work, measurements, installations, etc.).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift heavy items and operate warehouse equipment.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and a team player.
