Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Project Manager to lead our projects to success. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing project administration, ensuring contractual requirements are met, managing risk, and driving team progress and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Management
    • Develop and manage project budgets to ensure accurate forecasting and cost control.
    • Identify and mitigate potential financial risks and exposures.
  • Project Coordination
    • Coordinate project activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and task management.
    • Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and subcontractors.
  • Quality Assurance
    • Develop and implement quality management processes to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations.
    • Conduct regular quality audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and motivate project team members to achieve project goals and objectives.
    • Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Contract Management
    • Manage project contracts, including negotiation, administration, and close-out.
    • Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and company policies.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Develop and maintain project reports, including status updates, financial reports, and quality metrics.
    • Analyze project data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, engineering, or project management.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent business acumen, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello.
Working Conditions
