WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Senior Manager within BCG's Global Practices, you will take ownership of the management and coordination of the regional agenda, business strategy, and workforce planning, ensuring seamless execution of all practice activities in the region.

Collaborating closely with Practice Area leadership and senior stakeholders, you will oversee daily operations and processes. This includes planning, commercialization efforts, contributing to marketing and communications, organizing meetings, budgeting, and reporting, as well as supporting talent development and diversity initiatives.


You will act as a strategic partner to Practice Area Leadership, participating in agenda formulation, plan development, and execution, while facilitating the implementation of the action plan to enhance regional performance.

Your role will also involve supporting business development and contributing to marketing initiatives, representing the Practice Area and harmonizing efforts across regions and various industry and functional practices.

You will organize and execute regional meetings and assist with global and regional projects, alongside conducting regular financial analyses and reporting.

YOU'RE GOOD AT

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 8-10+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP or PRINCE2) are advantageous.
  • Consulting experience at the Project Leader level is preferred.

Strong communication skills:
Ability to compose clear, well-structured emails, memos, and presentations, and effectively lead discussions.

  • Excellent analytical capabilities and attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, capable of managing large datasets and building models.
  • Strong PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience in international work environments.
  • Proven ability to navigate a matrix organization successfully.
  • A keen interest in BCG Practices' business.
