Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of projects.
  • Lead and manage project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks, developing contingency plans to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Lead and participate in business development activities, identifying new opportunities and growing the business.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction.
  • 10 to 20 years of experience as a Project Manager on commercial and industrial projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management software, including P6, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office.
