Macom Technology Solutions Holdings, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Semiconductor Process Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Process Engineering team, you will be responsible for developing and sustaining process technology for our internal semiconductor fab.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement new process technologies to improve fab performance and efficiency
- Collaborate with Business Unit design teams and Process Engineering team to drive process improvements and technology advancements
- Contribute to the development of process technology roadmaps and strategic plans
- Lead and participate in cross-functional teams to resolve complex process issues and implement process changes
- Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials
- Master's degree in Electrical, Chemical, Materials, or similar Engineering with a minimum of 8 years of semiconductor fab experience
- Expert knowledge of compound semiconductor processing and device physics
- Proven track record of success in program management, including project planning, execution, and delivery
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and resolve complex process issues
