Commercial Loan Servicing Representative Opportunity

Innova Solutions is seeking a skilled Commercial Loan Servicing Representative to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth servicing of commercial loans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage commercial loan accounts, including payment processing and account maintenance
  • Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and provide updates
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate loan servicing
  • Stay up-to-date on regulatory requirements and industry developments
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in commercial loan servicing or a related field
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
