Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Consumer Loan Sales Specialist to join our team at OneMain Financial. As a Consumer Loan Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and providing financial solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Present financial solutions to customers, including loan options and insurance products, to meet their goals and objectives.
  • Work closely with customers throughout the loan process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities, to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations.
  • Stay up-to-date on credit underwriting techniques and sales tools to provide the best possible service to customers.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Sales, collections, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Bilingual - Spanish a plus.
