Job Title: Call Center Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Call Center Representative to join our team at a top auto insurance company. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving customer inquiries and issues.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle 50+ inbound calls per shift regarding auto insurance
  • Hand off warm intros to internal departments if a call needs to be transferred
  • Ability to work in a call queue
  • Work within given KPIs - handle time, hold time, and calls received
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and care
  • Assist customers with inquiries, account management, and problem resolution
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience in a call center environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of software applications
