We are looking for a talented Senior AI Developer to join our team at Draper Labs in Reston, Virginia. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge machine learning solutions to drive business growth.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy AI models that meet project requirements.
  • Work closely with customers and stakeholders to define requirements and understand business needs.
  • Prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in machine learning.

Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in computer science, machine learning, statistics, mathematics, electrical engineering, computational biology, physics, or a related field, plus 5-7 years of experience in machine learning or artificial intelligence.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary range of $150,000 - $200,000 per year, based on experience, plus excellent benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
