Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Account Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships, using a needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options, and developing leads to market State Farm products and services. This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary and bonus structure, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-up and communication.
  • Use a needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and develop leads.
  • Market appropriate State Farm products and services to meet customer needs.
