Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and sustain enduring business and client relationships.
  • Identify, address, and resolve client issues and concerns effectively.
  • Facilitate open communication among our clients, their consumers, and our Client Relations team.
  • Leverage product knowledge to promote additional products and services as necessary, assisting our sales team in acquiring new clients.
  • Deliver personalized purchasing experiences and exemplary customer service to clients.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure order processing is completed and installation schedules are established.
  • Record client contact details, verify the accuracy of purchase orders, and relay all pertinent information to our Senior Client Relations Associates.
  • Collaborate with fellow Client Relations team members and other Customer Service and Sales personnel to achieve sales objectives.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent certification is required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Client Relations, Customer Service, Hospitality, Sales, or similar fields is preferred.
  • People-oriented with a passion for relationship building.
  • Charismatic and approachable demeanor that positively influences colleagues and team members.
  • Results-oriented and self-driven to enhance interpersonal skills.
  • Exhibits active listening skills and empathy towards client concerns.
  • Proactive in identifying solutions and addressing unforeseen challenges.
