Key Responsibilities:
- Build and sustain long-term business and client partnerships.
- Diagnose, address, and provide effective solutions to client inquiries and challenges.
- Ensure seamless communication among our clients, their customers, and our Client Relations Associate Team.
- Leverage product expertise to promote additional products and services as necessary, aiding our sales team in acquiring new clients.
- Deliver personalized purchasing experiences and exemplary customer service to clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to guarantee that order processes are finalized and installation schedules are established.
- Record client contact details, verify the accuracy of purchase orders, and relay all pertinent information to our Senior Client Relations Associates.
- Work in conjunction with fellow Client Relations Associates and other Customer Service and Sales team members to ensure that all sales objectives are achieved.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- High School Diploma or equivalent certification is required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in Client Relations, Customer Service, Hospitality, Sales, or similar fields is preferred.
- People-oriented with a strong passion for relationship building.
- Charismatic and approachable demeanor that resonates with fellow Client Relations Associates and other Customer Service team members.
- Results-oriented and self-driven to enhance interpersonal skills.
- Exhibits active listening skills and demonstrates empathy towards client concerns.
- Solution-focused and proactive in addressing unforeseen challenges.
