- Preparing documents in Word, Excel, and PDF formats
- Collaborating with regulatory authorities
- Assisting in the preparation of proposals
- Coordinating with contractors and subcontractors

Qualifications & Experience:
- A bachelor's degree is preferred
- A minimum of two years of experience in a similar capacity; experience in the AEC sector is preferred
- Self-driven and motivated
- Capable of managing multiple projects concurrently
- Must possess United States Work Authorization
