Sales Leader for Canada Sales Organization

We are seeking a seasoned sales executive to lead our Canada Sales organization and drive growth in the region.
Company Overview: Slack is a leading cloud-based communication platform that helps teams collaborate and work together more effectively.
About the Role: As our Head of Canada Sales, you will be responsible for setting and executing the sales strategy for Canada, building and maintaining key customer relationships, and driving revenue growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy for Canada that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners in the region.
- Drive revenue growth in Canada through effective sales and account management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in software sales, preferably in a CRM or ERP company.
- Proven track record of recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing sales teams.
- Strong understanding of the Canadian market and its dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
