Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Apartment Leasing Specialist to join our team at Horning Management Company, LLC. As a key member of our leasing team, you will be responsible for interacting directly with prospective residents and current residents to provide information about our apartments and community. You will also maintain accurate and in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the community.

The ideal candidate will have strong presentation skills with the ability to sell and close prospective residents. You should also possess excellent organizational ability, a detailed planner, and a strong positive motivational leadership style. Additionally, you must have strong ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining consistent performance and extremely strong communications and conflict resolution skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide information about the apartments and community to prospective residents and schedule visits.
  • Maintain accurate and in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the community.
  • Achieve budgeted occupancy by generating closing on leads at an acceptable pace.

Requirements:
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to sell and close prospective residents.
  • Excellent organizational ability.
  • Detailed planner.
  • Strong positive motivational leadership style.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining consistent performance.
  • Extremely strong communications and conflict resolution skills.

Competencies:
  • Proficiency in accurate and detailed market analysis.
  • Knowledge of Yardi, PopCard, & Rent Café.
  • Full Microsoft Office proficiency – Word, Excel, and PPT.

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year.
