Job Title: Plumbing In Home Solutions Consultant

About the Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Plumbing In Home Solutions Consultant to join our team at Joseph J Magnolia. As a key member of our plumbing services team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on residential plumbing issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-home assessments to identify plumbing needs and develop personalized recommendations for services and products.
  • Provide accurate and transparent quotes for plumbing services and products, ensuring clarity and understanding with customers.
  • Educate customers on the benefits of various plumbing services and products, highlighting value-added solutions that meet their needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, driving repeat business and referrals through exceptional service and expertise.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects, fostering open communication and clear expectations.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in residential plumbing installation and service (preferably).
  • No less than 3 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality solutions to residential customers, with a focus on professionalism and integrity.
  • Strong management experience, customer service, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members towards shared goals.
  • Ability to meet or exceed established financial goals, with a keen eye for opportunity and a drive to succeed.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities, with a strong sense of initiative and accountability.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintaining composure under pressure and meeting deadlines while working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid speed and accuracy in task completion, with a positive attitude and a 'can-do' spirit.
