We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Manager to lead our Enhanced Care Management and Community Supports team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation of our CalAIM Enhanced Care Management and Community Supports benefits.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute short-term and long-term strategies for the implementation of our Enhanced Care Management and Community Supports benefits.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate and manage projects related to the development and execution of our Enhanced Care Management and Community Supports benefits.
- Network Management: Drive contracting, coordination, onboarding, and management of our Enhanced Care Management and Community Supports network and programs.
- Operational Compliance: Ensure operational compliance and reporting to satisfy and exceed state and federal standards.
- Staff Management: Provide direct guidance and coaching to our ECM and CS staff, creating a high-performing team that sets and exceeds individual and department goals.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in policy, administration, or health care related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: 3 or more years of supervisory or management experience, 3 or more years of experience collaborating with external stakeholders, and experience in delivery and implementation of large-scale health plan initiatives.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of Health Plan Core functions of Medi-Cal and CalAIM, and knowledge of Health Plan/Integrated Delivery system models of case management and care coordination best practices.
