Job Description

We're seeking a Senior Communications Manager to join our team. As a trusted advisor to our leadership team, you'll help us deliver impactful leadership communications, engaging cultural moments, and critical internal content across all company initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement an integrated employee communications strategy that fosters a sense of connection and understanding among employees.
  • Cascade communication from the executive team through live and asynchronous channels, ensuring seamless information flow.
  • Enable effective change management by crafting targeted communications that help employees understand changes within the business context.
  • Scale our remote culture through creative internal events and communication channels, ensuring a cohesive and inclusive experience for all employees.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience leading internal communications in a fast-paced, remote tech company environment.
  • Strong track record of partnering with founders and/or senior executives, influencing stakeholders, and adapting to various work styles.
  • Excellent storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Experience tracking metrics and analyzing feedback to continuously improve communication strategies.
  • Familiarity with our communication channels, including Zoom, Slack, and Notion.
  • Resilience and grit, with the ability to maintain a proactive and even-keeled approach in the face of rapid organizational change and shifting priorities.
