As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Cath Lab, ensuring high-quality patient care, and collaborating with our medical staff to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Cath Lab, including staff management, patient care, and equipment maintenance.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with medical staff to develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Conduct regular quality assurance audits to ensure high-quality patient care and identify areas for improvement.
- Recruit, train, and develop a team of skilled nurses and support staff to ensure the Cath Lab runs smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Director of Nursing role, with a focus on Cath Lab.
- Valid RN license and current certifications in BLS and ACLS.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with medical staff, patients, and families.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
