Job Title: Cardiac Cath Lab Director

Core Medical-Perm is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to lead our Cardiac Cath Lab team. As a Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the lab, ensuring high-quality patient care, and collaborating with our medical staff to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the Cardiac Cath Lab team, including RNs, technicians, and other support staff.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with medical staff to develop and implement treatment plans for cardiac patients.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient information and lab results.
  • Monitor and maintain lab equipment, supplies, and inventory.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in supervising RNs and other staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with medical staff, patients, and families.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
