Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher/Prep Cook to join our team at Crowne Plaza Midtown managed by Northwest x Southern Hospitality. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and food preparation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain the dishwasher machines to ensure cleanliness and efficiency.
  • Restock supplies in designated storage areas to maintain a well-organized kitchen environment.
  • Perform general kitchen cleaning duties, including mopping floors, cleaning walk-ins and freezers, and managing trash and recycling.
  • Assist in the preparation of meals and ingredients as a Prep Cook, including chopping ingredients and sanitizing workstations.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to safety standards and regulations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent GED.
  • Prior hotel or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Washington Food Handlers permit required or ability to obtain one.
