Kitchen Sanitation Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Sanitation Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation within our kitchen environment.

Essential Functions
  • Sort and rinse dirty dishes, tableware, and cooking utensils, preparing them for washing.
  • Load and unload the dishwashing machine, ensuring proper operation and sanitation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area, adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Wash pots, pans, and trays by hand, using appropriate cleaning solutions and techniques.
  • Empty trash and garbage receptacles, maintaining a sanitary work environment.
  • Assist with other kitchen tasks as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency of the operation.
Work Environment

This position operates in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You will be exposed to hot water, cleaning chemicals, and potentially slippery floors.

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. You may occasionally need to sit, climb or balance, and stoop or kneel. You will frequently lift and/or move objects up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds.
